2. Booking & Payment

• Quotes: Requests for quotes via the website or contact form are non‑binding estimates based on the information provided.
• Confirmation: Services commence once you receive a written confirmation by email.
• Payment: Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and PayPal.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the scheduled service without charge.
• Cancellations less than 48 hours before may incur a 50% booking fee.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 days of cancellation.

4. Customer Obligations

• You must provide accurate information about your property and electrical requirements.
• You are responsible for ensuring safe access and permission to perform the work.
• Any changes to the scope of work may affect the quoted price and timeline.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this site are owned by or licensed to Electrobolt Electricians. You may not reproduce or distribute any materials without our prior written consent.
